Registration Fees

All prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT).

For more details about reduced fees, please refer to the paragraph Important information for reduced fees.

PLEASE NOTE

• The WIiT registration fees include access to all sessions, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, the gala dinner, the closing cocktail and a conference bag.
• The TRA registration fees include access to all sessions, coffee breaks, 4 lunches, the welcoming cocktail and a conference bag. Once your WIiT registration has been confirmed, you have to complete your TRA registration on the TRA 2014 registration website: www.registration.traconference.eu

Important information for reduced fees

• WIiT and/or TRA author, reviewer, session chair or IFSTTAR member

If you apply for this reduced registration fees, your status as a WIiT and/or TRA author, reviewer, session chair or as an IFSTTAR member must be validated by the Organising Committee so that your registration is confirmed.

• Student or Unemployed

If you wish to benefit from this reduced registration fees, you have to send a proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card, certificate from your Job Centre/Pôle Emploi) to Carte Blanche (see contact details below).

Without proof of your status, you will not be entitled to this reduced registration fees.

• Discount countries

To check whether the country in which you reside is a discount country, please click here.

Registration confirmation

Your WIiT registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment AND after validation of your status for reduced fees.

Once you have received your WIiT registration confirmation AND if you have also registered for the TRA conference, you will then receive a personal code by email so that you can complete your TRA registration on the TRA 2014 registration website: www.registration.traconference.eu

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to: carte-blanche@wiit.cborg.net

The following cancellation fees will be applied:

• 25% of the registration fees for any request received before 31st January
• 50% of the registration fees for any request received between 31st January and 14th March included
• 100% of the registration fees for any request received after 14th March

In the event of dispute, the only competent Court will be the Court where the IFSTTAR headquarters are located.
